A tragic incident unfolded in early hours of Friday morning on Renata Avenue Eersterust Pretoria. A group of men hijacked a man In his 30’s (Naylon), on his way to work. He was shot and killed by perpetrators who waited for him to open his garage door. It’s alleged that a neighbor, also caught in the crossfire, was injured in the attack. The suspects fled the scene, taking the victim’s car.
This heartbreaking event highlights the urgent need for improved safety measures in the community. Residents have repeatedly reported the issue of non-functional streetlights, which have become a significant concern.
