Lerato \u201cLira\u201d Molapo (43) is a South African afro-pop musician famously known by her hit song Feel Good.<\/p>\n

Lira succumbed to a stroke whilst in Germany, the Feel good singer had some health challenges she was dealing with, this is confirmed by her team in a statement that reads, \u201cTo Lira\u2019s beloved fans, clients, and associates: As Lira\u2019s family, we would like to take this opportunity to share some recent developments regarding Lira\u2019s health. Lira recently traveled to Germany for performance but unfortunately suffered a stroke whilst there. As a result her ability to communicate in particular, her speech, has been impacted.<\/p>\n

According to her team, she is currently undergoing treatment here in South Africa, in the hands of the best medical team.<\/p>\n

\u201cHer medical team has advised that her journey to recovery will require patience and therefore, it is unlikely that she will be able to perfume in the short term. That said, Lira is in good spirit and is surrounded by her loving family and close friends as she journeys towards a full recovery\u201d<\/p>\n

Word of prayers towards Lira\u2019s full recovery has been sharing all over social media platforms by many South Africans.<\/p>\n

The team of the \u201cSomething Inside So Strong\u201d singer shared their gratitude to the whole of South Africa for their prayers.<\/p>\n
